Galatians 2:20-21

"I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me.  The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.  I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the Law, Christ died for nothing."  Galatians 2:20-21

Like a baby in the womb, our lives are dependent on Christ.

  • Through the lifeline of the Holy Spirit

Living by faith is a life of total dependency.

  • John 1:14
  • John 15:5

Living by faith is a life of objectivity.

  • Faith is either valid or foolish.
  • The amount of faith is not the issue.

Living by faith is a life of availability.

  • It's a lot easier to steer a moving car than a parked one.

"Therefore, I urge you brothers and sisters, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God - that is your spiritual act of worship."  Romans 12:1
