Xoy BuildingHola!  It's 83 degrees and sunny in Xoy today.  Sounds much better than the week of subfreezing temperatures that we've had.  Our survey trip to Xoy in November was a great success.  In addition to meeting the wonderful people in the Iglesia El Divino Salvador, we were also able to spend time with two of the Living Waters for the World in-country coordinators, Freddy Izquierdo and Doug Depies.  What a blessing it was to see that our partners had already begun construction on the building to house their water treatment system!  We have now sent our partners in Xoy over 54,000 pesos ($4500) to complete their building, to repair some problems with their well, and to purchase a deep well pump.  Our goal is to return to Xoy in early April to help the folks install their water treatment system and to assist them in educating their community about how to use the "clean" water.  Our water mission team continues to meet monthly to plan and pray for our partners.  We'd love to have anyone interested drop in to join the team or just catch up on the latest plans and pray with us.  Dios es Bueno!
